Wedding at Hotel Laurin · Salò

I met Valerio at university, when we were both studying psychology. We got back in touch by chance a few months before his wedding, and that’s how I found out he was getting married.

He and Antonietta got married at Hotel Laurin in Salò, on Lake Garda. They had asked me to photograph her getting ready and not him, so that’s what we did. The video was by Lara, of The Lovely Day: we followed Antonietta’s preparations together.
